Link UPS charges to orders when automatic matching fails

Three Ways to Handle Unmatched Items

1. Link UPS charge to order (for multi-package shipments)
  • Select a UPS charge (left) and an order (right)
  • Click "Link Together" to connect them
2. Mark UPS charge as resolved (no corresponding order)
  • Click "Resolve" on a UPS charge (left)
  • Select reason: forgot ShipStation, third-party billing, etc.
3. Mark order as resolved (no UPS charge expected)
  • Click "Resolve" on an order (right)
  • Select reason: drop ship, etc.

Note: Ground Freight $0.00 charges are automatically excluded - these sub-packages match via their master tracking number.
